Clarissa Herbertina Taylor-Kamara was born on 5th October 1974, she attended the Methodist Girls High School where she obtained her G.C.E. O’ Levels. She then went to the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM) where she obtained her Master’s in business administration (MBA), B.sc (Hons.) in Applied Accounting, and Technician Diploma in Accounting (TDA). She got her Higher Teacher’s certificate (HTC) from the Orthodox Christian College.
She later went to Fourah Bay College where she obtained a Master of Science Degree in Educational Leadership and Management.
She is an Author, Pastor, Teacher, A Transformational, Entrepreneurship, and Business coach. She is the host and producer of Transformational moment with Clarissa Taylor-Kamara on YouTube @Clarissa Taylor.
She is also the founder and Executive Director of Women of Honour, Liberation and Empowerment Network. She is a woman with Passion, Love and Compassion. Her passion is womanhood and youth empowerment. Having worked with her husband in foreign missions as Missionaries for over 15 years in Countries like Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, Guinea Conakry, and Sierra Leone their homeland, has helped to expose her to the sufferings, pains, and agony of people, especially women and children.
It is with that compassion to help alleviate the pains, sufferings and poverty of women and children specifically, that Women of Honour, Liberation and Empowerment Network was founded in May 2012.
Her vision is to help give hope to discouraged and hopeless women, with the ultimate desire to ensure that every woman discover her God – innate skills, purpose, and assignment. This is clear in her teachings and lifestyle. Her mandate is to restore dignity to womanhood, and to help young girls discover their unique identity and purpose in God. She is a voice of hope and encouragement to many, especially women with a raised vanguard of hope. Her message to women in this 21st century is Financial Independence.
She and her husband Rev. (Dr.) John Tayor-Kamara are the founders and General Overseers of Triumphant Tabernacle Church Worldwide. She is also the Founder and Director of Studies of Triumphant International Elementary School, and Triumphant International Junior and Senior High School. She is also the Director of Studies of Triumphant Bible Institute (TBI).
